My research explores the magnetic confinement of plasmas in various geometries. I use asymptotic methods to understand the interaction of nonlinearities and geometric factors in confined plasmas. Of particular interest to me is the study of magnetic fields with a hidden symmetry that holds promise for next-generation stellarators. I am also interested in exploring kinetic theory and plasma turbulence through simple solvable models.

I am currently an Associate Research Scholar in the Department of Astrophysical Sciences at Princeton University. Previously, I was a postdoctoral associate at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. I received my PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park.
